Riyadh — Mubasher: Leaf Global Environmental Services Company announced the appointment of Fahad bin Abdullah Alalwani as an independent member of its board of directors effective 15 October 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The appointment follows the resignation of independent board member Mishal bin Ghanem Al Juhani which was submitted and became effective on 14 October 2026.
Al Juhani had served on the board since 18 June 2023.
Meanwhile, the incoming member Alalwani brings over 10 years of experience in legal consultancy and corporate governance. He currently serves as a partner and manager at Almaimouni & Alalwani Law Firm and is the CEO of Imtidad Al Khair Real Estate Company.
He holds a Master of Laws from Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Laws from King Abdulaziz University.
The board of directors approved the appointment during a meeting held on 14 October.
Leaf Global stated that the appointment remains provisional and will be presented at the next General Assembly meeting for formal shareholder approval.
