Riyadh - Mubasher: Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals Factory Company (Jamjoom Pharma) and Mubadala Bio’s subsidiary Bioventure Healthcare (BVH) partnered to expand patient access to Ustekinumab in the UAE.
Under the deal, Jamjoom Pharma will act as the exclusive commercial arm for BVH's Ustekinumab product in the Gulf country, according to a press release.
The partnership will integrate BVH's pharmaceutical portfolio and quality capabilities with Jamjoom Pharma's established commercial presence, scale and experience in engaging healthcare professionals across the UAE and the whole MEA region.
It reflects both organizations’ commitment to strengthening patient access to specialty care and supporting the UAE's healthcare ecosystem.
In the first nine months (9M) of 2026, Jamjoom Pharma registered 5.13% year-on-year (YoY) higher net profits at SAR 416.05 million.
