Riyadh – Mubasher: Jadwa Investment, the fund manager of Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund, has released the quarterly statement for the period that ended on 30 June 2026, disclosing a total real estate portfolio value of SAR 4.27 billion.
The fund maintained a high occupancy rate of 99% across its assets, which include 99 tenants with an average remaining contract duration of 5.4 years, according to a bourse disclosure.
Financial results for the period showed an operating income of SAR 69.50 million and a net profit of SAR 49.80 million. The fund manager announced a total dividend distribution of SAR 45 million, representing SAR 0.22 per unit. This distribution accounts for 9.90% of the fund’s net asset value (NAV).
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, the net asset value per unit was reported at SAR 8.58, while the total number of outstanding units reached 204.49 million.
The report also highlighted significant financing activities, including a SAR 1.65 billion refinancing agreement with a local bank and the completion of a SAR 800 million sukuk issuance.
Total expenses for the period amounted to SAR 5.98 million, or 0.28% of the NAV. The portfolio remains diversified across sectors, with commercial and hospitality assets representing 28% and 26% of the holdings, respectively.
