Riyadh — Mubasher: Gulf Union Al Ahlia Cooperative Insurance Company has signed a contract with Al Rushaid Group to provide health insurance services for the latter’s employees and their family members.
The agreement was officially penned on 15 October 2026, following an initial award notification issued on 30 September 2026.
The contract value exceeds 5% of the insurer's total gross written premiums as reported in the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2025.
Under the terms of the agreement, Gulf Union Al Ahlia will provide medical coverage for a duration of one calendar year effective from 15 October 2026.
The listed company expects the contract to have a positive financial impact on its results for the fiscal years 2026 and 2027.
Gulf Union Al Ahlia confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
Meanwhile, the renewal was conducted according to the agreed terms and conditions between both entities.
