Riyadh – Mubasher: Future Vision for Health Training Company announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Charitable Association of diabetes (SCAD) for an upcoming event.
The listed Saudi company will organize and implement the 11th Diabetes and Quality of Life Conference 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
The contract was signed on 4 July 2026 and carries a value exceeding 5% of the company’s total revenues according to the audited financial statements for 2025, inclusive of value-added tax.
The agreement is set for a duration of one year from the date of signing.
Under the terms of the contract, Future Vision will be responsible for the full organization and execution of the conference in collaboration with the charity.
The company expects the financial impact of this agreement to begin appearing in its financial results starting from the first quarter (Q1) of 2027.
Future Vision also confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
The listed company recently unveiled agreements to organize the fourth International Conference on Mass Gathering and Emergency Medicine (ICMGEM) 2026 in addition to implementing the 11th International Conference on Pediatric Emergency Medicine (ICPEM) 2027.
