Riyadh — Mubasher: The shareholders of First Milling Company (First Mills) approved a cash dividend distribution of SAR 99.35 million for the first half (H1) of 2026 during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 30 August 2026.
The distribution represents 17.90% of the share nominal value, calculated at SAR 1.79 per share.
The meeting, which saw a 72.21% attendance rate, confirmed that eligibility for the payout is for shareholders owning stock at the end of the 30 August trading session.
Disbursement is scheduled to commence on 16 September 2026. Non-resident foreign investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax on these dividends.
Shareholders also elected a new board of directors for a four-year term beginning 30 August 2026 and ending 29 August 2030. The election of the eight-member board was passed with 97.47% of the votes.
Additionally, the assembly authorized the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual basis for the remainder of the 2026 fiscal year, a resolution that received 99.95% approval.
The board was further granted powers under Article 27 of the Companies Law for a period of one year.
