Riyadh – Mubasher: Emaar The Economic City issued a follow-up disclosure regarding the sale of an industrial land plot valued at SAR 366.77 million.
The company clarified that the contract duration for the completion of works is set at 27 months.
According to the regulatory filing, this 27-month period will commence on the business day following the date Emaar Economic City receives the full contract value from the buyer, Masarat Mobility Park.
This announcement follows a previous disclosure made on 14 September 2026, concerning the transaction.
The company stated that there are no changes to the development itself and confirmed that this clarification carries no immediate financial impact.
The transaction remains a significant divestment for the master developer of King Abdullah Economic City as it continues to facilitate industrial growth within the zone.
