Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Elm Company has approved the distribution of interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2026.
The total amount to be distributed is SAR 389.87 million, covering 77.97 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure.
The payout is set at SAR 5 per share, representing 50% of the company's nominal share value. Eligibility date for these dividends is 4 August 2026.
Shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date will be entitled to the payout.
Elm scheduled the distribution of funds to commence on 16 August 2026. Elm reminded non-resident foreign investors that these cash distributions will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi Arabian income tax laws.
The company urged all shareholders to update their banking information to ensure the direct deposit of dividends into their accounts.
In the first half (H1) 2026, Elm achieved net profits valued at SAR 1.17 billion, an annual increase of 7.74% from SAR 1.09 billion.
