Riyadh – Mubasher: The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) announced the successful addition of newly subscribed securities for Naseej International Trading Company’s rights issue into the accounts of eligible shareholders.
The deposit of the shares was finalized on Sunday, 27 September 2026.
The procedure follows the completion of the company's capital increase process through a rights issue offering.
The addition of these securities allows shareholders to reflect the new holdings in their investment portfolios, enabling subsequent trading or transfers in accordance with Tadawul regulations.
Edaa serves as the central entity responsible for the registration and settlement of securities traded on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), ensuring the integrity of ownership records following corporate actions such as rights offerings.
The listed firm completed its rump offering and the final allocation of priority rights shares, achieving a coverage ratio of 311.8% at the end of the subscription period. It confirmed the sale of 2.96 million shares that remained unsubscribed during the initial rights period.
