Riyadh – Mubasher: East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry signed a contract with Road Support Contracting Company on 22 July 2026 for the manufacture and supply of steel pipes.
The agreement is valued at more than SAR 64 million, inclusive of value-added tax, according to the regulatory filing.
The contract carries a duration of 5 months. The financial impact of this agreement is expected to be reflected in the company's financial results during the third quarter (Q3) of fiscal year (FY) 2026/2027.
East Pipes Integrated confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. The contract follows a formal award that was also finalized on 22 July.
This week, the company issued a clarification regarding its previous announcement dated 19 July 2026, concerning the signing of agreements with selected suppliers for the provision of equipment.
