East Pipes Integrated inks SAR 20m deal with Aramco

Riyadh – Mubasher: East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry announced on 15 September that it has signed a contract with Saudi Aramco for the manufacture and supply of steel pipes.

The agreement is valued at approximately SAR 20 million, a figure that includes value-added tax.

The contract carries a duration of four months. According to the company's disclosure, the financial impact of this agreement is expected to be reflected in the financial results for the fourth quarter (Q4) of the fiscal year (FY) 2026/2027.

East Pipes Integrated Industries confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction. This latest deal underscores the company's ongoing role as a supplier to the Kingdom's national oil company for critical infrastructure components.

In Q1-26/27, East Pipes Integrated posted 36.17% year-on-year (YoY) lower profits at SAR 122.92 million.
