Riyadh - Mubasher: The board of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group approved on 25 July 2026 the distribution of SAR 465.50 million in cash dividends to shareholders for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.
The payout represents 13.3% of the nominal share value, according to a bourse filing.
The healthcare provider confirmed that the distribution will target 350 million eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 1.33 per share.
Eligibility for the payout is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on 30 July 2026, as per the records maintained by the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
The dividend payment process is scheduled to commence on 17 August 2026.
The group noted that distributions to non-resident investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with local income tax regulations.
Shareholders are encouraged to update their bank account details to ensure the timely electronic transfer of funds.
In Q2-26, the group’s net profits jumped by 12.12% to SAR 662.66 million from SAR 591.02 million a year earlier.
