Riyadh- Mubasher: Derayah Financial Company has released Derayah REIT Fund’s financial statement for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.
Net asset value (NAV), based on fair value, of SAR 1.03 billion, while the total fair value of its assets reached SAR 1.69 billion, according to a bourse disclosure.
The fund manager disclosed that the REIT currently maintains a portfolio of 24 properties with a total fund size of SAR 1.69 billion.
Financial indicators for the quarter show bank facilities totaling SAR 610 million, representing a debt-to-total-asset-value ratio of 36%. The exposure period for these facilities is four years, with a maturity date set for April 2030.
Operational metrics for the period ending 30 June 2026 include a net rental income to unit price ratio of 3.87%. Total expenses and fees for Q2-26 accounted for 0.18% of assets, while the overall cost ratio stood at 0.678%. Financing costs for the quarter amounted to SAR 10.10 million.
At the close of the period, the market trading price per unit was SAR 5.69, compared to an indicative price of SAR 9.60. The fund continues to operate with 107.50 million issued units.
