Mubasher: DataFlow Group, a global provider of Primary Source Verification (PSV) and credential verification solutions, signed a deal with Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) to enhance healthcare workforce integrity and credential verification standards across the UAE, according to a press release.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) represents a significant milestone in both organizations' commitment to raising the standards of healthcare workforce integrity across the region.
Under the agreement, DataFlow will become the designated PSV partner for healthcare professionals referred by Saudi German Health. The company will provide its full range of verification and support services, including Premium PSV, VIP Assist, Document Concierge, licensing and credentialing support, digital footprint checks, and Prometric Nursing Exam training.
The collaboration aims to ensure healthcare practitioners comply with the UAE's regulatory requirements before joining the Saudi group’s facilities, reinforcing patient safety and public confidence in the healthcare system.
The partnership also includes support for eligible UAE Golden Visa applications and the establishment of a dedicated VIP Service Desk for DataFlow employees at Saudi German Health facilities, reflecting the organizations' mutual commitment to operational excellence and employee support.
As part of the agreement, DataFlow will assign a dedicated account manager to SGH and provide access to its client portal, enabling real-time tracking of application progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The MoU is effective for an initial 12-month term and may be renewed upon mutual agreement.
