Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Dallah Healthcare Company approved a cash dividend distribution of SAR 50.40 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.
The total payout will be distributed across 100.80 million eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.50 per share. This distribution represents 5% of the nominal share value.
The company confirmed that eligibility for the dividend is set for 9 August 2026, for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center Company by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date. Payment of the dividends is scheduled to commence on 27 August.
According to the disclosure, there are currently 774,225 treasury shares that are not eligible for this dividend distribution.
Dallah Healthcare also noted that cash distributions to non-resident investors will be subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Saudi income tax regulations.
At the end of June 2026, the medical group’s net profits fell by 34.05% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 184.53 million from SAR 279.82 million.
