CMA nods for Dallah Healthcare’s capital increase

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has granted approval for Dallah Healthcare Company to increase its capital from SAR 1.01 billion to SAR 1.21 billion.

The capital hike will be executed through the issuance of one bonus share for every five existing shares held by registered shareholders, according to a bourse disclosure.

Under the terms of the approval, the number of the company's shares will rise from 101.57 million to 121.88 million, representing an increase of 20.31 million shares.

The expansion is funded by transferring SAR 109.53 million from the share premium account and SAR 93.61 million from the statutory reserve.

Eligibility for the bonus shares is set for shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date, which will be determined by the company's board of directors at a later time.

Dallah Healthcare is required to convene an extraordinary general assembly within six months of this regulatory approval to finalize the capital increase procedures.
