CMA approves Nomu listing of 3 companies

Riyadh - Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) passed the registration and share offerings of three companies on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

The CMA issued the three approvals on 18 June 2025, according to three separate bourse disclosures.

Quality Education Company will trade 2.50 million shares, representing 20% of its share capital.

Likewise, Zahr Al Khuzama Aluminum Company will float 20% of its share capital, offering 300,000 shares.

Meanwhile, Sahat Almajd Company Trading is set to list 4.37 million shares, accounting for 11.11% of its capital.
