Riyadh - Mubasher: CATRION Catering Holding Company has signed an additional contract with the Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation to provide inflight catering services.
The agreement, which was signed on 12 July 2026, carries an estimated total value of SAR 105 million, according to a bourse filing.
Under the terms of the deal, CATRION will provide catering solutions for the national carrier over a duration of three years. The company expects the financial impact of this contract to begin appearing in its financial results starting from the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.
The disclosure identified several related parties involved in the transaction, including Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Sarhan, Faisal Saeed Sibai, and Abdulwahab Abdulkarim Al Betairi.
Earlier this month, the group signed a 15-year lease agreement with the Dammam Airport Company.
