Riyadh - Mubasher: Banque Saudi Fransi recorded net profits after tax valued at SAR 2.87 billion for the first half (H1) of 2026, representing a 4.63% year-on-year (YoY) increase from SAR 2.74 billion.
The bank attributed the growth to a 4.50% rise in total operating income, supported by higher net special commission income, trading income, and dividend income.
For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 1.49 billion, up 5.99% when compared to SAR 1.40 billion in Q2-25. Total operating income for the quarter rose 6.40% to SAR 2.85 billion.
Net special commission income from financing grew by 12.68% YoY to SAR 2.07 billion, while total special commission income from financing and investments increased 5.8% due to higher yields.
Total assets stood at SAR 327.98 billion as of 30 June 2026, an increase of 8.63% from SAR 301.94 billion a year earlier. Customer deposits grew by 11.99% to SAR 204.59 billion, and the loans and advances portfolio rose by 6.84% to SAR 224.24 billion.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the half-year period improved to SAR 1.05 from SAR 1.02.
Operating expenses before impairment charges rose 6.21% to SAR 1.85 billion.
In Q1-26, the net profits attributable to the owners of Banque Saudi Fransi climbed by 3.21% to SAR 1.38 billion from SAR 1.33 billion.
