Riyadh - Mubasher: Banque Saudi Fransi’s board of directors has approved the distribution of SAR 1.42 billion in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half (H1) of 2026.
The total payout represents 5.70% of the share nominal value, according to a bourse disclosure.
The dividend will be distributed across 2.49 billion eligible shares, resulting in a net payment of SAR 0.57 per share after the deduction of Zakat.
The bank confirmed it received a non-objection from the Saudi Central Bank regarding the distribution on 20 July 2026.
Eligibility for the payout is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on 23 July 2026 and who are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
The bank scheduled the dividend payment to commence on 11 August 2026.
For non-resident foreign investors, the bank noted that cash distributions transferred through resident financial brokers are subject to a 5% withholding tax in accordance with Article 68 of the Income Tax Law and Article 63 of its executive regulations.
At the end of June 2026, the lender’s net profits after tax jumped by 4.63% YoY to SAR 2.87 billion from SAR 2.74 billion.
