Riyadh – Mubasher: BAAN Holding Group’s board of directors approved the resignation of Nabil bin Daoud Al Hoshan from his position as a member of the audit committee on 30 August 2026.
The resignation request was submitted on 27 August, citing personal circumstances and private business commitments that prevent Al Hoshan from dedicating the necessary time to the committee's duties.
Al Hoshan had served on the audit committee since 19 April 2024.
Despite stepping down from the audit committee, Al Hoshan will maintain his other roles within BAAN Holding.
He continues to serve as a member of the board of directors and as the chairman of the nomination and remuneration committee.
The board expressed its appreciation for his contributions to the audit committee during his tenure.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the group turned profitable at SAR 53.32 million when compared to net losses of SAR 16.65 million in H1-25.
