Aramco unveils SAR 82bn cash dividends for Q2-26

Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) has approved a base dividend distribution totaling SAR 82.06 billion for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.

The payout, which aligns with the company’s policy of providing sustainable and progressive returns, is based on a board decision reached on 3 August 2026.

The dividend will be distributed across 241.86 billion eligible shares, resulting in a per-share allocation of SAR 0.33, according to a bourse disclosure.

Eligibility for these dividends is set for shareholders owning stock on 19 August 2026, who are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The energy giant confirmed that the scheduled payment date for the second-quarter distribution will be 27 August 2026. This base dividend reflects the company's ongoing commitment to shareholder value and follows its established financial framework for quarterly payouts.

Amin Nasser, President and CEO of Aramco, commented: “We have entered the second half of the year with solid financial and operating momentum with one of the strongest balance sheets in the sector, sustainable and progressive base dividend distributions, and a clear focus on our strategic growth objectives. Even through periods of uncertainty.”

At the end of June 2026, the oil giant registered SAR 121.51 billion in net profit, higher by 41.90% than SAR 85.63 billion in Q2-25.
