Riyadh — Mubasher: Arabian Pipes Company announced the signing of several contracts with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) for the manufacture and supply of steel pipes.
The total value of the agreements is estimated at approximately SAR 103 million, according to a bourse filing.
The contracts were officially signed and awarded on 1 October 2026, carrying a duration of 10 months.
Under the terms of the deal, Arabian Pipes will be responsible for the production and delivery of steel piping infrastructure to the state-owned oil major.
Meanwhile, the financial impact of these contracts is expected to be reflected on Arabian Pipes’ financial results during the second (Q2) and third (Q3) quarters of 2027.
Furthermore, Arabian Pipes confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
