Arabian Pipes pens SAR 19m agreement with Aramco

Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Pipes Company signed a contract valued at SAR 19 million with Saudi Aramco for steel pipe coating works.

The agreement, which was signed and awarded on 15 September 2026, carries a duration of 11 months.

According to the company's regulatory filing, the financial impact of this agreement is expected to be realized starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026 and will continue through Q3-27.

Arabian Pipes confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. This latest award underscores the company's ongoing role as a service provider for the Kingdom's energy infrastructure projects managed by Saudi Aramco.

Both sides inked a deal on 21 July 2026 at a value of SAR 68 million for the manufacture, coating, and supply of steel pipes.
