Amlak International hits all-time low in intraday trading

Riyadh - Mubasher: Amlak International Finance Company is trading at an all-time low of SAR 8.74, down 0.57% so far during Tuesday’s session, according to a bourse filing.

The financial services firm is seeing sustained downward pressure, with the stock currently trading below its 20-day, 50-day, and 200-day simple moving averages of SAR 9, SAR 9.62, and SAR 11.04, respectively.

Technical data shows the Relative Strength Index (RSI) at 29.78, placing the security in oversold territory, while the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) stands at -0.219.

The Average Directional Index (ADX) is 37.83, indicating a strong trend. The price movement follows recent corporate disclosures, including an agreement to sell a consumer finance contracts portfolio to the Saudi National Bank (SNB).

Additionally, the company recently announced the renewal of a credit facilities agreement with the Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), a related party.
