UAE - Mubasher: Emirati-founded real estate developer Amaal has appointed CITIC Middle East Contracting LLC as the main contractor for Mansory Residences in Dubai, valued at AED 1.80 billion, according to a press release.
Backed by its China-based parent company, CITIC Construction Limited, the group will oversee the full turnkey construction of the project, which is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2028.
As the main contractor, CITIC Middle East Contracting will be responsible for the structural works and all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Its scope also includes the integration of advanced smart home technologies, VIP automotive facilities, and the carbon-fiber-inspired design elements that define the MANSORY brand.
