Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Wasatah Al Maliah (Wasatah Capital), the manager of Alwaha REIT Fund, released its quarterly financial statement for the period ending 30 June 2026.
The fund reported a total asset value based on fair market prices of SAR 261.59 million, while the net asset value (NAV) at fair value stood at SAR 255.30 million.
According to the disclosure, the fund's book value NAV was recorded at SAR 206.65 million. The unit price ended the second quarter at SAR 9.40, compared to a fair value NAV per unit of SAR 12.52 and a book value per unit of SAR 10.26.
Rental income as a percentage of the unit price was reported at 2.61% for the period.
Total expenses and fees charged to the fund during the quarter amounted to SAR 3.14 million, representing 1.20% of total assets.
The fund manager noted that the ratio of fund costs to total asset value was 0.39%.
Alwaha REIT Fund currently has 19.79 million units outstanding, with the fund manager holding 689,979 units, representing a 3.49% stake.
The fund, which has a term of 99 years, maintains a diversified portfolio including the Shahd Building and various warehouses and commercial centers.
Last May, the fund formalized a lease agreement with Shumou Food Trading Company for a commercial unit within the fund's portfolio.
