Alujain Corporation witnesses over 1,000% leap in 9M-26 net profit

Riyadh — Mubasher: Alujain Corporation reported a net profit of SAR 133.05 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2026, marking a significant jump of 1,047.97% compared to SAR 11.59 million in 9M-25, according to a bourse filing.

The growth is attributed to a 44.01% rise in revenue, which reached SAR 1.28 billion, supported by higher sales volumes and a 17% increase in average selling prices.

Total shareholders' equity stood at SAR 2.54 billion, down from SAR 3.35 billion a year earlier.

For the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, Alujain Corporation’s net profit soared by 76.94% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 29 million.

Quarterly revenue grew by 20.48% to SAR 404.12 million, primarily due to an 11.2% increase in average selling prices.

However, quarterly performance declined compared to the previous three-month period, with net profit falling -68.43% from SAR 91.87 million.

This sequential drop was linked to a 25% decrease in revenue caused by lower production and sales volumes, alongside a 27% decline in average selling prices.

Alujain Corporation noted that third-quarter production at its subsidiary, NATPET, was impacted by cooling system failures and geopolitical logistical challenges.

Results also included accounting adjustments exceeding SAR 12 million for logistics costs. Alujain further disclosed that SAR 1.43B has been invested in the new Alujain (NATPET-2) project as of the end of September 2026.
