Riyadh — Mubasher: Almujtama Alraida Medical Company announced that its shareholders have elected a new board of directors for the upcoming four-year term during an ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM).
The newly elected board is scheduled to begin its session on 1 August 2026 and will serve until the term concludes on 31 July 2030, according to a bourse filing.
During the meeting held on 26 July, the shareholders elected board members including Omar Youssef Yoldash Khoja, Youssef Omar Youssef Khoja, and Abdulaziz Omar Youssef Khoja. This is in addition to Fahad Abdullah Ali Al Samih, Karim Bashti, and Hamad Hamdan Sarea Al Sarea.
The assembly also reviewed the participation of board and committee heads, noting that the meeting reached the required legal quorum.
The session was presided over by Chairman Omar Youssef Khoja, with the attendance of several board members and the heads of the audit and nomination committees.
One board member, Karim Bashti, was absent from the proceedings.
