Riyadh — Mubasher: Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company announced the award of a contract valued at approximately SAR 65.58 million, excluding value-added tax, for water infrastructure services in the Saudi central region.
The contract was awarded by the Saudi Irrigation Organization on 9 July 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
Under the terms of the agreement, Alkhorayef Water will manage the operation and maintenance of pumping, transport, and distribution systems for treated and groundwater.
The project scope covers Riyadh city, its surrounding suburbs, and Al Aflaj governorate.
The contract is scheduled to span a duration of 60 months.
Meanwhile, the financial impact of the project is forecast to begin appearing in its financial results during the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.
The company confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction and stated it will provide further updates following the receipt of the final signed contract.
In June 2026, Alkhorayef Water announced a contract with the Jeddah Amana Municipality for stormwater and surface water networks project within the airport sub-municipality.
