Riyadh — Mubasher: Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Company has signed a contract valued at SAR 69.59 million for the operation, maintenance, and cleaning of treated water facilities and networks in Riyadh.
The agreement, signed with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City on 19 July 2026, covers the first group of facilities in the capital.
The contract duration is 30 months. This final signing follows the initial award of the project, which was previously announced on 5 April 2026.
Under the terms of the agreement, Alkhorayef Water will be responsible for the comprehensive upkeep of the specified treated water infrastructure.
The company stated that the financial impact of the project began to be reflected in its financial results starting from the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.
Alkhorayef Water confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. The contract was officially received by the company after all necessary signatures were completed on 19 July.
Earlier this month, the listed company won a contract valued at SAR 101.32 million by the National Water Company (NWC) for the operation and maintenance of water and sewage networks in Al Khobar.
