Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company announced the resignation of non-executive board member Abdulmohsen bin Nafez Jaber from his position and all sub-committees.
The resignation was submitted and became effective on 18 July 2026, according to a bourse filing.
The company stated that the departure was due to personal circumstances. Abdulmohsen bin Nafez Jaber had served as a member of the board since his appointment on 23 November 2023.
The board of directors expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the outgoing member for his contributions and efforts during his tenure with the insurance firm.
The company did not immediately name a replacement for the vacated seat.
Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance received formal approval from the Insurance Authority to utilize its entire statutory reserve balance of SAR 8.90 million to offset a portion of its accumulated losses.
