Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Company announced the resignation of Sultan Abdulaziz Al Suwaidi from his position as a non-executive member of the board of directors.
The resignation, which also includes his departure from all board committees, was submitted and became effective on 24 July 2026.
According to the regulatory filing, Al Suwaidi stepped down due to personal circumstances. He had served on the company’s board since 23 November 2023.
The board of directors expressed its appreciation for his contributions and efforts during his tenure with the insurer. No immediate announcement was made regarding a successor to fill the vacant seat.
Earlier this month, Abdulmohsen bin Nafez Jaber resigned from his position as a non-executive board member.
