Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Muneef Trading, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting Company announced on Monday the arrival of 50 model 2026 H3000S truck heads from Shaanxi Heavy Duty Automobile Import & Export.
The delivery, which took place on 12 July 2026, fulfills a purchase agreement originally signed on 18 January 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
The contract is valued at SAR 7.88 million and is being financed through the company’s internal resources.
Under the terms of the agreement, the payment is scheduled to be settled within a duration of 360 days.
Al Muneef confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction with the Chinese manufacturer.
Management stated that the acquisition of the Shaanxi-branded fleet aligns with the company’s broader 2026-2030 strategy. The arrival of the units marks the completion of the delivery phase for this specific order, with no changes reported to the associated costs previously disclosed to the market.
The company’s shareholders recently approved a 50% capital increase during a general assembly meeting.
