Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Kathiri Holding Company announced the results of its Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM) that was held on 29 October 2026, where shareholders approved several business contracts involving related parties.
Shareholders ratified transactions between the company’s subsidiaries and Alian Industry Company, in which Managing Director Meshal Mohammad Nasser Al Kathiri holds an indirect interest.
The deals included a SAR 21.32 million contract with Msandh Al Imdad Limited and a SAR 28.37 million agreement directly with Al Kathiri Holding.
A smaller contract valued at SAR 449,891 between Al Yacht Luxury Industry and Alian Industry was also approved.
The company stated these transactions, conducted during the 2025 fiscal year, followed standard commercial terms without preferential conditions.
The assembly also confirmed the appointment of Rawan Mohammed Abdullah Al Dawood as an independent board member.
Al Dawood joined the board on 13 September 2026 to complete the current term ending on 6 May 2030, succeeding former member Hussain Masoud Al Dosari.
Additionally, the board was granted authorization to license business activities under the Companies Law for one year.
