Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Hammadi Holding Company’s board of directors has approved a cash dividend distribution totaling SAR 43.20 million for the second quarter (Q2) of 2026.
The payout is equivalent to 2.70% of the share's nominal value, as per a bourse filing.
Al Hammadi Holding confirmed that the distribution will be allocated across 160 million eligible shares, resulting in a dividend of SAR 0.27 per share.
This decision follows the board meeting held on 3 August 2026, to review the financial performance for the three-month period ending on 30 June.
Eligibility for the dividend is set for shareholders owning stock at the close of trading on 16 August, as registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
Al Hammadi Holding scheduled the disbursement of these funds to commence on 27 August.

In April-June 2026, the group recorded net profits valued at SAR 71.89 million, an annual rise of 16.03% from SAR 61.96 million.
