Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Ashghal Al Moysra Commercial Company was awarded a new project from Tatweer Building Company at a value of SAR 17.90 million, excluding value-added tax.
The project was officially awarded on 30 July 2026, but the companies are expected to sign the contract on 25 August, according to a bourse filing.
The scope of the agreement covers the transportation of returned materials to designated warehouses.
Al Ashghal Al Moysra confirmed that there are no related parties involved in this transaction. The award marks a continuation of the firm's operations in providing specialized works and logistics services within the Saudi market.
In July, the listed company developed a new wholly owned subsidiary, Ashamco Express, a limited liability company based in the Sakaka region.
