Cairo – Mubasher: The consolidated net profits after tax of Acrow Misr for Scaffolding and Formwork plunged to EGP 210.17 million in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025 from EGP 400.29 million in Q1-24.
Revenues amounted to EGP 1.27 billion at the end of March 2025, an annual leap from EGP 893.66 million, according to the financial results.
The earnings per share (EPS) dropped to EGP 3.57 in Q1-25 from EGP 7.20 a year earlier.
Standalone Business
Non-consolidated net profits after tax fell to EGP 158.38 million in the first three months (3M) of 2025 from EGP 327.35 million in the year-ago period.
Standalone EPS plummeted to EGP 2.88 in Q1-25 from EGP 5.95 in Q1-24.
In 2024, the EGX-listed firm posted higher consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 1.14 billion, compared to EGP 344.36 million in 2023.
