Riyadh – Mubasher: ASG Plastic Factory Company unveiled the details of its fourth expansion project, which carries an estimated total cost of SAR 50 million.
The development follows a previous announcement on 22 June 2026 regarding the signing of an industrial land lease agreement with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON).
The project is situated in Sudair City for Industry and Business on a total area of 100,377 square meters.
Construction and implementation are scheduled to commence by the end of the third quarter (Q3) of 2026, with completion targeted for Q1-28.
Meanwhile, commercial production is also expected to begin during the Q1-28.
ASG Plastic is currently consulting with several suppliers and consultants for the construction phase.
Funding will be sourced through internal cash flows, with the potential to utilize financing programs from the Saudi Industrial Development Fund or other financial institutions.
This expansion aligns with the company's strategy to increase production capacity to meet rising market demand.
Meanwhile, management noted that the SAR 50 million cost is an estimated amount that is subject to change based on market variables and actual implementation costs.
