Riyadh — Mubasher: Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company (2P Perfect Presentation) announced the opening of nominations for its board of directors for the upcoming term.
The new session is scheduled to begin on 19 December 2026 and will conclude on 18 December 2030.
The company, which maintains a paid-up capital of SAR 330.00M, confirmed that the board will consist of 6 members. The nomination period is set to remain open from 15 September 2026 until 16 October 2026.
Candidates must meet specific criteria outlined by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the company’s internal policies. Requirements include the submission of a curriculum vitae using Form 1 and Form 3, alongside an independence form.
