Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) has signed a contract with the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) valued at SAR 64.63 million, including value-added tax.
The agreement, which was finalized on 17 September 2026, focuses on supporting and developing the infrastructure for a system hosted at the National Information Center.
Under the terms of the 36-month contract, the company will build a high-security environment designed to ensure business continuity and enhance the efficiency of electronic services.
The project follows an initial award notification dated 11 November 2025.
The company stated that the financial impact of this agreement is expected to be reflected in its financial results starting from the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.
MIS confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction. All final procedures and approvals for the contract were completed following the close of trading on 17 September 2026.
During the LEAP 2026 conference, MIS committed to a $1.20 billion investment to expand data centers in Saudi Arabia and increase its operational capacity to reach a total capacity of 192 megawatts (MW).
